added focus laser color (due to budder DEMANDING and threatening my family /s)

6b053568b3 merged my changes
- Moved rotate() to bokeh.glsl
- Reduced sample array size from 1024 to 64
- Added jitter to particles

blur sky, and improve DOF a tiny bit, add a focus strength slider and focal point indicator. also tweaked the clouds a little
